Reservations are encouraged. Payment in full is required to guarantee your reservation for stays of 3 or fewer nights. On reservations of 4 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required. Any balance due is payable at check-in time. We must receive your deposit within 7 days of booking.

You are responsible for the full length of your reservation. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we must have at least 21 days notice for refund of deposit. In the case of 20 or fewer days notice, or shortened stays, refunds will be made subject to our ability to re-rent the room for the period of that reservation. All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 20%.
